Sanar is incredibly passionate about health and fitness. Her life’s mission is to use her knowledge and experience to help others feel and look their best. She has been working full time as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 15 years. As a mother of three children, she understands how to help busy people incorporate short, effective workouts and easy to implement lifestyle changes. She prides herself on setting up her clients for success with personalized workout and nutrition plans and being available for them to answer questions along the way. A special gift that she has is her ability to cue her clients into perfect form and to develop mind to muscle connection, allowing them to feel the exact muscles that are to be focused on for a particular exercise. Her holistic approach to fitness and health has helped countless clients surpass their goals, but most importantly, improve their quality of life.

Adam has been a full time strength coach & personal trainer for over 10 years. His background is in sports medicine, physical therapy, and strength and conditioning. His journey started with a love of basketball. Throughout his career he overcame several knee injuries, which sparked his interest and ongoing passion about human performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. He then received his Masters degree in biomechanics and went on to become a strength and conditioning coach for collegiate and professional athletes while also teaching kinesiology and biomechanics at CSUN university. Now he works closely with his clients (both online and in-person) where he designs individualized programs based upon scientific principles, motivating them with focused goals and new challenges on a regular basis.
