Only perform the range of motion that is pain-free, regress until achievable.
Movement truly is medicine and we believe our bodies WANT to heal themselves.
We promise that there is always a way to accomplish a training goal without pain. For example, we’ve had countless clients work with us who could not squat without any pain. Any type of going up stairs or sitting/standing hurt. However, when they worked with us and used correct exercises and regressions, they were able to take stress and pain away from their joints and build their muscles stronger, eventually leading them to a pain-free life!
