Quality Over Quantity

Perfect form (technique) over speed or completion of programmed reps.

We want everyone who works with us to perform every exercise safely and correctly. We always prefer you to perform 5 perfect repetitions compared to 15 sloppy repetitions. We encourage you to pay close attention to match the form we demonstrate and describe in our pictures, descriptions, and videos. If you are unable to complete anywhere near the programmed repetitions, then regress the exercise to perform partial range of motion or an easier version of the exercise.
