6 Week Sculpt
This is a full body workout program that progresses in difficulty each week, challenging your glutes, legs, arms, and definitely core! 4 days each week consist of workouts lasting between 30-45 minutes in length. In addition, we provide cardio recommendations for 2 days per week. This program is not a beginner program and is best suited for people with workout experience. The equipment we recommend is 1 pair of light dumbbells, 1 pair of medium-heavy dumbbells, a mini-band, and 1 medium-heavy kettlebell.
