Simple, basic movement patterns performed perfectly always give the best results! Getting too fancy or having too much variety in your workout program will stunt your progress and won’t provide nearly the same benefits.
Mastering technique is key. We program everything based around learning, perfecting, and maintaining technique even as you fatigue.
We give all the tools you need in order to find the optimal version of each exercise to help you feel all the right muscles and fatigue them to the correct level to make optimal progress. Every exercise planned in will have levels of regressions (make easier) and progression (make more difficult).
