We program everything to build gradually (see progressive overload). We want you to see and feel the positive changes consistently so that you keep going! 

Doing too much in the beginning can create a negative cascade of events that lead to discouragement, fatigue, and pain. Our program is designed for you to feel more energized throughout the day, stronger to perform any task, and to do so pain-free. 

We want you to look and feel your absolute best and to keep going! We are passionate about this lifestyle and want you to be too! You have 24 hours in a day, we desire that the one hour (or less!) you spend working out WILL enhance the rest of your 23 hours!
